Abstract:
Artificial Intelligence is one of the most talked about topics today, fueled by the release of regenerative AI applications such as ChatGPT. In this talk, we will discuss the origin of AI research, early adoption by the financial services industry, massive acceleration in adoption with increasing computing power, and finally discuss, what’s new and exciting about AI going forward.
Speaker’s bio
Sanghamitra Goswami has over 15 years of experience using AI algorithms for applications in financial services, retail, and technology companies. Currently, she works for Blue Origin. She did her PhD from the Indian Institute of Science and a Postdoctoral fellowship from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
